Schefter says the #1 QB picked is......
He said when you talk to people around the league they believe Matt Barkley will overwhelm them with his presence in the interview process. Which will lead to him being the first QB taken in 2013.

2011 he had 69 completion % 39 TD's, only 7 int's and over 3500 yards.

If that was 2012 that would probably earn him the #1 spot hands down.

Thoughts?

Stupid to predict things before teams have a chance to evaluate. Talking heads get info from inside guys, but no one is going to be truthful at this time. No reason to fly off the handle.

Barkley isn't even a top three QB in the draft, let alone the best player. These guys actually get paid for this?

Proof that the NFL needs to investigate the massive bribery schemes at work by player agents. Schefter should feel like a whore pimping Barkley. I don't care how many cases of wine he receives from Barkley's agent, there has to be some journalistic integrity left somewhere. McShay must be getting his own private plane for pimping Glennon.
