The 3 quarterbacks I remember having small hands all has major fumbling issues. Just because Wilson didn't fumble a lot in college doesn't mean it wouldn't be a problem in the NFL..it also doesn't guarantee it would be, either.

I've got family in the Fort Smith / Greenwood area that were down this weekend . I found out I'm actually distantly related to Tyler Wilson. Go figure. I've never even watched him play but now I got to pull for him to be our pick.

I'm not sure if the trend of grabbing a QB for the sake of grabbing one is going to continue. Will teams look at Gabbert, Sanchez, Ponder, Weeden and maybe Locker and say it isn't worth it to gamble. Sit back and grab those guys later in the first or second? Or will the trend from the last 3 or so years continue?

I didn't see many rankings where Wilson was in the top 30 after the college season ended. Then with a meh- Senior Bowl, I'm not convinced he's going to go in the first round.

With the new CBA in place I think you're going to continue to see a lot more QB's taken in the top 1/2 of the 1st round. The reward potential is now much greater then the cost to play the game. After this year Kiper and the rest of the "guru's" will catch on and start adjusting boards accordingly earlier in the process.

QB is only getting more important. Teams are going to keep taking them. The trend from the last few years is actually probably going to get worse.

Of course, risk aversion is a hallmark of most NFL teams so I could see teams like the Chiefs crawling into a shell and pretending the NFL hasn't changed.

Lord knows that's what a lot of the fans have done.

Not according to scouts. They said there is only one concussion they are even concerned with. And one concussion isn't going to hurt a guys draft stock.

Scouts absolutely ARE concerned about his concussion history, whether it was 1, 2, or 300.

If they weren't concerned at all, it wouldn't even be a topic of conversation.
