It's a 232 page report, exhaustively put together by the Kaiser Family Foundation. It is truly astonishing in its comprehsiveness.

I doubt this has legs for a particularly lengthy discussion here on DC, but it deserves its own thread. Kudos to the KFF for taking the lead on this discussion.

Page 212 is the beginning of the bottom-line budgetary breakdown of all their suggestions.

It is a hell of a read, if you've got a spare week to read it.
