long hiatus
it's been a long, long hiatus from the forums for me (I wonder how many of you remember me :P). so here's my story! I ended up leaving MIT my senior year and started a company (called Dropbox) with a couple of my friends from school and moved out to SF. it's basically a super, super simple way to share files across computers/other people. it works on windows, os x, and linux, so you all should give it a shot

Wow. I missed this thread originally, and the 2011 bump. My company just implemented Dropbox as a quasi-cloud option to improve our mobile productivity. I researched probably a dozen options and demo'd 3 or 4 before finally settling on Dropbox. Not the cheapest by any stretch, but it was the most reliable by far.

Great product. Nice to see it has local ties as well.
