I'll be honest, if I worked closely with him, we'd have some '**** you' moments. And those aren't always a bad thing if they're done among guys with a great deal of respect for each other.

That was *****'s downfall, IMO. He didn't have any respect for anyone so when you gave him back what he was giving you, he made it his mission in life to make you miserable. If Dorsey can take what he'll give out, it will work.

But he's going to have to work with strong personalities, IMO, because he definitely has a command approach to things and that's going to crater some folks if they're not cut out for it.

honestly, who gives a shit how this guy sounds? He sounds like an ex-football player/coach/scout... He isn't a presidential spokesperson.

TBH, it's probably set up for Reid to be the face and Dorsey to be the shadow guy. Unlike *****, who said he wanted that, Dorsey seems to be more ok with that.

Are biggest problem is we are too used to Carl Peterson, who was pretty good in front of the camera and in the PR game.

I know people in the Chiefs building that say Dorsey has been the complete opposite of SP. They say he shakes everyone's hand, talks to people like people and is very down to earth.

I have a college friend who works for the Packers and he said he's one of the nicest guys he's met.

I think his on-camer persona is awkward because he's not comfortable in front of it.
