TJ Carpenter interviews John Elway:

"I think QBs are just getting better. Kids are coming out of college and they're game ready. We're getting guys that are much more prepared at that position when they get to the NFL."

Say what you want, he's one of the best QBs of all time and he's put together a decent team in Denver. He absolutely GETS IT.
