Obama administration pushes banks to make home loans to people with weaker credit

Did we learn nothing? apparently not

The Obama administration is engaged in a broad push to make more home loans available to people with weaker credit, an effort that officials say will help power the economic recovery

Barack Obama is no stranger to hypocrisy and he clearly knows how stupid his base is. He knows they won’t remember anything he says from one day to the next. They certainly won’t remember what he said last year, so Obama zombies ie KC Rectum, pay attention.

Last year the Obama regime basically extorted a settlement from large banks in a mortgage deal. As noted by Investors, Obama blamed everyone except for the real culprits.

http://news.investors.com/ibd-editor...#ixzz2PQJCOG9w

Subprime Scandal: Announcing a massive $26 billion mortgage deal with “abusive” banks, the president blamed everybody for record foreclosures except the party most culpable: government.

He blamed lenders:

Speaking Thursday from the White House, Obama scolded “irresponsible” and “reckless” lenders, who “sold homes to people who couldn’t afford them.”

he blamed buyers:

He also cited buyers who bought homes bigger than their budgets,

and he blamed Wall St.:

Wall Street bankers who packaged the shaky mortgages and traded them for “profit.”

Got as far as extorted and stopped. Those settlements were absurdly low for the fraud perpetrated by the banks. Quit trying to act like you have a clue about anything other than being a racist meth head loser.

"Banks won't be penalized..:"

See banks being penalized when they make a bad loan is what's supposed to happen. It helps to keep them from making more bad loans. Bad loans are bad for the community. Whats bad for the community is bad for everyone.

Further, if they can barely cover to buy a house, they probably don't have the money to maintain the house. See...if you've ever owned a home, the worst is that neighbor that lets their house and yard turn to shit. Get enough of these people and now we're talking decreased property value. Now you're ****ing with community even more. If this goes on long enough...awesome...now we have ghetto.

And while these dipshits are ruining property value, do you think they're worried about the local school house and their kids? **** no. So now the local schools are going to shit.

All because these mother****ers didn't rent.

Owning a home isn't easy and the big commitment isn't signing the mortgage. The commitment is what comes afterward.
