Gun Policy & Law Enforcement: Survey Results

http://ddq74coujkv1i.cloudfront.net/...mmary_2013.pdf

PoliceOneís Gun Policy & Law Enforcement survey was conducted between March 4 and March 13, 2013. More than 15,000 officers completed the survey, which was promoted by PoliceOne exclusively to its 400,000 registered members, comprised of verified law enforcement professionals. Only current, former or retired law enforcement personnel were eligible to participate in the survey. The survey sample size was broadly distributed
by geography and rank in proportion to the U.S. law enforcement community at large. Respondents comprised a variety of ranks from departments of all sizes, with the majority representing departments of greater than 500 officers. Of those that took the survey, 80 percent were current law enforcement officers and 20 percent were former/retired law enforcement.

You don't think the average person could fire 5 rounds into the ceiling? My point was that any confrontation would make these dipshits crap themselves and run. I've posted 4-5 videos of thugs being brazen with their firearms...until someone other than them fires. In all the videos, the bad guys ran without returning fire. As the old saying goes, everyone has a plan until they're hit. Once their plan/dream/vision is interupted, they shit and run or off themselves.

I wasn't sure myself before I posted that so I looked on Wiki, this is what it said

It was also said that the gunman threw two canisters emitting a gas or smoke, partially obscuring the audience members' vision, making their throats and skin itch, and causing eye irritation.
