Those are kinda important for an NFL QB. If you fail there, you are gonna suck.

What the hell does this mean? Sounds like he might need to learn to put some touch on some passes if we are talking velocity.

Its called Coaching. The coaches are imploring the players to take more of a leadership role.......Amazing what great coaching can do for you.

Easily the most talented tight end the chiefs have had since that 88 guy.

Work Ethic, I can understand. Accuracy, that will come easy. His mechanics, and footwork in college were awful. he took no coaching, not that he had any real coaching to begin with, and got through his college career on sheer talent. Working With Andy, Doug, Nagy, and Alex, he will have no problem with accuracy, and from what is being reported, he is clinging to Alex Smith, so he is going to develop the work ethic. Yes, in this instance, I am pimping Alex Smith. His work ethic is unquestioned.

He's here working and has had a good work ethic this offseason with us so far. He's looked sharp throwing the ball as well.

Jeff Allen reportedly suffers injury at K.C. Chiefs camp
6

By Marc Sessler
Around the League Writer
Published: July 27, 2013 at 12:54 p.m. Updated: July 27, 2013 at 01:14 p.m.

The Kansas City Chiefs are stronger at offensive tackle with top overall draft pick Eric Fisher under contract, but depth at guard took a hit on Saturday.

Camp coverage on NFL Network
Watch "Inside Training Camp" this week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET on NFL Network.

» Complete training camp coverage
Jeff Allen was taken off the field during practice with a right shoulder injury, according to Adam Teicher of The Kansas City Star. Based on what he saw, Teicher believes Allen is set to "miss some time."

We'll wait for the team to weigh in, but Allen was a 13-game starter as a rookie last season after the Chiefs made him the 44th overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. He didn't grade out well by ProFootballFocus -- ranking 79th out of 81 qualifying guards -- but the Chiefs on the whole were a disaster last autumn.

Allen proved himself a versatile lineman this spring, working at guard and tackle in the absence of Branden Albert. Allen entered camp in a battle with Geoff Schwartz for the starting left guard spot, and his absence, for now, weakens a line that otherwise should be improved in 2013.
