True, and that's where he's separated himself from the pack.

I was a bit thrown off as well. LOTS of 3 man rushes today, and I really feel this team has the tools to bring some pressure with the blitz. I like conservative defensive approaches, but this was a little much for me. Too many 3 man rushes and very vanilla formations.

That was the question I was left with after watching the game. The offense sucking that bad wasn't expected but not surprising but the defense!?!?!

From the coach down way too much talent on that side of the ball to perform so poorly.

Watching this team trying to scrap a QB together for over 2 decades as opposed to even making an attempt at development had made me numb but still surprised by the ineptitude of the defense (especially with Crennel running the show) is still a shock. Especially at home.

Good news: First game after a rough off season

Bad News: The good news is not an excuse to be that bad and the other 31 teams went thru the same off season. Especially on defense.

The Chiefs defense obviously did not take the Bills passing offense very seriously going into this game.

Had a hard time watching the game today. Did Houston get the start, or was he just out there the 2nd or 3rd defensive play? Also, who was the biggest liability in run defense today? Hope GifHorse gets a torrent up quick. I missed A LOT!

Romeo is a great DC, but this team has the personnel to run a zone blitzing pressure based scheme and todays defensive gameplan was sad.

We need to be blitrzing at least half the time for this defense to be truly effective.
