Any names to watch this year for KU football, by the way? I had made a mental list, but they've all either left for Mizzou or been kicked off the team, so I'm kind of starting from scratch. Are there any players who could go on to become productive NFL players despite not getting invited to the combine or anything? Is the next fifth round draft pick currently street racing drunkenly through Larry?

SEC DPOTY? I'd certainly hope so. We've got a couple of D-Linemen with a ton of potential. I'd watch Augusta and Bradley. Boehm on the O-line will be taken in the first couple of rounds as well, IMO.

Well...Michael Sam was a ** recruit with very few major offers who went on to win SEC DPOTY and get drafted in the NFL. Pretty impressive, IMO.

Cool, reminds me of a few KU recruits recently. Those guys are getting paid tens of millions of dollars in the NFL though.

So there is a bit of a difference I suppose.
