Dwayne Bowe/Matt Cassel

**** you both you idiots.
You lost us the game today.

This team would be better if Cassel had a season ending injury

Whiff! Feet stuck in concrete. Timely penalty.

The guy ****ing sucks. I dare one of you Albert apologists to re-watch this game and tell me that he doesn't need to be replaced. He was as much a part of the fail of the offense as Cassel and Bowe.

I'm a moron then, because it ain't Albert that's kicking ass in the running game.

If you guys think he's fine, then super duper. I think he's horrible. You all think he's the next Tony Munoz. That's great. I lose, you win. I'm sure he'll be in the Pro Bowl at the end of this season and validate your opinion.

I'm not going to mention Albert for the rest of the season and stop eating peyote prior to the start of the Chiefs games. I'm sure that's been affecting my views regarding his performance, which, by all accounts around here, has been nothing short of Hall of Fame level. Seriously. I hear all about him "kicking ass." I guess it must be true if I read it on Chiefs Planet.

Really bud. Embarrassing.

Freeney happens to be pretty crappy against the run. But to say the norm is to run the ball at the best pass rusher is pretty silly. And more embarrassing is to say that Albert had a lousy game yesterday. He was drive blocking his guy down the field quite a bit. I saw him effectively chip at the line and go on to block in the second level several times as well.

You couldn't be more incorrect on your assessment of Albert. And I challenge you to find 2 other people that would agree with your insane notion after yesterday's game.

Cassell and Bowe converted that 4th & long on the Chiefs' last drive, and that did get them into field goal range. That play was after Chambers' drop and Cassell's goofy fumble play, so making that play was clutch.

I think the 4th and 2 on the first drive was poorly executed since Bowe had 4-5 defenders in postion to make the play. Someone else would have been ready to uncover if Cassell tried to read the defense.

The thing about Cassell is that he can make a good throw and he makes the good throw sometimes.

It does seem like he does not have the knack for making the best read, but to be honest, if Succop makes his last FG attempt, and if the Chiefs recovered the onside kick, I would have had some faith that Cassell could have lead a drive for the tying TD.

Since the Chiefs 4-3 start in 2007 turned into fool's gold after LJ's injury against Green Bay. Cassell has been a better QB than anybody else the Chiefs have tried, including Thigpen, who could put up good numbers, but who never made a key play in the 4th quarter. Thigpen always never made the play when it mattered.

Cassell has not proven that he can lead a playoff winning team, and he makes enough bad plays to make one reasonably doubt if he going to ever get there. but Cassell does make some plays.

Cassel's stats from NFL.com: Games 2, 3 and 4 are eerily similar. The difference in his Game 3 yardage is because of McCluster's run and catch TD, and Bowe's trick play TD.

1 09/13 SD (W) 21-14: 10 /22, 68 yards
2 09/19 @ CLE (W) 16-14: 16/28, 176 yards
3 09/26 SF (W) 31-10: 16/27, 250 yards
4 Bye
5 10/10 @ IND (L) 9-19: 16/29, 156 yards

Bowe will never become an elite WR for this franchise.
I'm about done with this experiment.

He dropped a go-ahead TD and turned around and dropped another pass on the very next play. Completely and utterly inexcusable.

i saw the game where Albert played very well in pass protection and run blocking...

there's a reason we run so well to the left...

and freeney is an elite pass rusher, not some scrub...

yep, that's the game i saw...

Playing well does not equal Hall of Fame.

But please continue your tantrum like a 5 year old who didn't get their own way.

In this thread alone he's made up at least five arguments that no one is making to argue against.

Mr. Saccopoo is like the cluster bomb of posters. His arguments go in every direction simultaneously. As a bystander, all you can do is duck and cover and hope you aren't struck down by a ricochet.
