Yea, last night we get a Tweet from Stanzi-Twibbel saying how Stanzi hit Maeri for a TD with a great pass. The Star says Maneri had to go get it but it was where only he could get it. Ok, fair enough, good pass. When Cassel does the same it's him being bailed out by the WR. Just remember the rules here.

So very true, that is my main beef with the Drafturbators/Regular Cassel BAshers/ Academy....seems to be a pretty big double standard going on....

Cassel is pretty safe with the ball from what I have seen, if anything TOO safe, which i think lowers his completion %....but also lowers is INTS.....I'd personally like to seem him take more chances, but I am 100% sure in years past Haley has preached safety.....

I am hopeful Zorn will let him a lot more loose this year, and we will see a different side of him.

I think Haley had something to do with the safe passes. Last year was a good sign of that. I go back to the first SD game, Vikings and Indy games. We came out in a shell for the first half in all 3 save the Indy game where we go behind quick. Then when the score dictated we had to start going deep we did and Cassel hit guys when he needed too. Wasn't Breeze, Wasn't Manning, but was effective and took the shots.

Goat Boy already said Baldwin dropped the pass which we have found out he didn't, so I would say odds are good he was wrong about the pass as well.
