The Scenario is shot now, but had Australia won 3-0 and Germany 2-0 then Ghana and Australia would each have 4 points, a -1 goal difference, but Australia would have had more goals so they would advance. Make sense?

rule change this year... all cards carry until after quarter finals. They moved amnesty back to lesson the chance of a superstar missing the final match.

So if Ghana picks up a few second yellows it will help immensely, if a player is playing with even one it will affect his play sense it could get him knocked out of the quarterfinal game.

So it's Ghana. I certainly do not think we will be considered favorites, but we are by no means overmatched.

Prince-Boateng, Gayan, Tagoe... They're all dangerous. It's going to take a hell of an effort, but this team is certainly up to the task.
