Mexico is a better representation.. but the US are extremely resilient.. the last major tourney we were in ( World Championships) we beat Spain in the semis.. and nearly beat Brazil in the final.. it was a miracle that Brazil came back and beat us, they are probably one of the only teams that could have pulled that off.
Uruguay has not played pressure matches against the quality of teams that we have.. Yes it is possible we could lose, but i am confident that we will prevail.. at least till the semis

I Swear im a mess with Argentina, more so now that they have become a favorite, i was happy with the fact that they were mediocre coming into the WC because of the fact my expectations werent too high, now anything other than being in the Semis is a huge letdown... UGH

eh thats an understatement.. they were and are one of the power house teams in the WC.. and there Odds of advancing in the WC are very high and have been since the beginning... they have LIONEL MESSI for christ sake

heres a tidbit which describes how Ghana plays and saying we should expect a tactical, defensive battle:

This is not going to be open game and, even more than usual, it is one likely to be decided by the first goal. Ghana is a fine team at holding a lead; rather poorer, as it showed against Australia, when the onus is on it to take the initiative. Not since that Mali game last November has it successfully overcome a deficit.
