I guess this is as good of a game as any for my first gameday thread. I hope I don't screw up the victory.

Let's hope Guthrie can build on his last start and get our starting pitching woes turned around. Here is to a series split and a little momentum going into our next series featuring two divisional first place teams.

I would go with this until playoff time! Each guy could go 2 if needed, gives your guys more work, more frequently and allows your SP to work up to the 6th / 7th each game once they get in a zone. The only troubling part is they are all right handed pitchers.

they're all pretty close to the same ...

if you play a $5 GPP and make 8 times your money ... it's usually close to 8 X on the $25 GPP as well

so if you're at 8 times it would have been $400 return on your $25

...I'd say it probably would have been closer to 6 times since you whiffed on the pitcher ...

if you took Bauer or Sanchez though? Man. You coulda won the whole shebang! That's what always pisses me off when it get REALLY close. You'll win $500 and see that you were 1 point away from $2000 and want to punch yourself in the face ... even after winning $500

they MIGHT be able to do something with Moose though I'd give that about a 10% chance .. and that's only because he struggled so immensely the previous 2 years

they have a -1,000,000,000% chance of extending Hosmer unless they want to give him $150M ... and even then, that might not do it

I can't get too upset with myself since I only had $22 in my account.

But, I do feel very fortunate throwing that lineup into that $10 GPP twice since the quin-ups didn't fill up.

Like Hootie said, Moose looks more promising long term. But you won't find one person that thinks Hosmer is here once he's a FA.

Essentially it's one day fantasy sports.

I deposited money via debit card onto their secured website.

You can play games from $1 up to $1,000.

There are all sorts of options - big tournaments with large fields, head to heads, 50/50s, and double, triple, Quadruple and quintuple ups. Whice means if you place you win your buy in 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x.
