Off Season Lets Talk Guns
Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.
Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon? Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware? Part 2: http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=293623 Last edited by Bearcat; 07-28-2015 at 06:06 PM.. |

Im working on building an AR. I'm wanting to go with a Loki weapons systems complete upper for $700 and unsure on the lower.
Loki weapons systems is in Oklahoma, great reviews. The upper looks awesome. I'm trying to find a good solid complete lower, mill spec for less than $400. |

I'm about to pull the trigger on a CMMG with a Daniel defense Omega Rail and a Aimpoint. I have plenty of extra mags, a sling and vertical grip from the military to add on it. The plus is it's a no interest loan through my department and I can carry it on duty, the downside I can only pick CMMG or Stag.
I've gone back and forth between the two, honestly I'm picking the CMMG mostly for being a smaller company from missouri. Any last input to consider would be appreciated, looking for more recent feedback to compare between the two. Most of the older criticism has been answered. They both have warranties now, etc. One thing that really turned me off the Stag, was a rep trying to sell it said that Stag is the base manufacturer for Rock River and Smith & Wesson. I smelled BS, but can't find any information to confirm or deny his claims. |

It was just a crappy salesman pulling shit out of his ass to make a sale, IMO anyway. But it's a turnoff for me. You shouldn't have to make shit up to sound better if you have a good product, even if you know it's not the best or the most well known.

If this ammo will work with other rifles like the Henry then that would be great.
