This is where coaching should take advantage of the rule.
When Denver used to run their bootlegs, the Corners should have laid out the Denver WR's. |

Poor RG3, that was an awesome comeback drive before Eli's bomb to Cruz
and I think the Buccs might have gotten screwed, not completely sure of the rule |

On the replay, he hit the WR before Freeman rolled out of the pocket.
Oh well, **** Tampa. They have beautiful weather. They will get over it. |

He couldn't see that Williams got pushed out. I will say this, if the Saints were in the Bucs position the Saints would have gotten the call. No way the refs allow that to happen to the Saints.

x2 -
RGIII is very impressive - I like him. He has great arm strength. Nevertheless, anytime you run a gimmick offense, you are going to get hit hard and most likely shorten your career. RGIII took one hell of a shot by our defense. He is lucky to have survived the hit. The NFL has guys that are just as fast as he is and just as savvy. As he gets going, a couple of more hits to the body and the head - he is going to learn very quickly that injuries will shorten his career.

For what it's worth, the league says that the line shift by Tampa Bay wasn't illegal - the shout was. That makes more sense.
http://www.tampabay.com/sports/footb...br-br-/1257872 Side note: It seem like Schiano thinks he's smarter than the rest of the league and wants to try and get away with as much as possible. I understand that sentiment, but it makes him seem like a bit of a douche. |
