With that team he had in Texas? Uh, yeah, that Ron Washington. What has Ron Washington done since?

If Washington was so good, Texas would be dominating the west each year, but nope, not at all. The same Washington that let Texas down the last couple of years, faltering both years when leading the West.

Face it, Ned is not the worst manager in MLB. By far nowhere close to good, but not the worst.

I would think this is more of a kick in the ass thing than any adjustment this early. Perhaps we just match up against the Jays for whatever reason. I really hope it continues, but being a Royals fan I'm not allowed to show any optimism.

Pretty smart considering their past 30 years... I know, broad-brush, but accurate from that 50,000-foot level considering "the team's" tendencies.

This team gets swept by the Shitstros at home, then travels to play a top 5 team and wins 2.

Good lord guys. How many times. 1st its 2 games. Secondly, no tenured MLB player gives a shit what the hitting coach says. They literally do not matter except in the minors.

Just watched the highlights for this game.

Billy Butler thrown out at first on a line drive to right field?

Holy crap!

That was two games ago, but still. Butler is an embarrassment on the bases.

It's a small victory for him and a bit of a relief for the fans when he actually can make it to third when on first and someone behind him hits a solid double.

Why are they showing highlights from 2 games ago?

Did Infante get thrown out at first on a blooper to right that he thought was going be a foul ball in the same game?

They're probably showing it since it's such an embarrassingly bad play. One of those NOT top 10 deals.

And yeah, Infante did that, but he did that last night. The Royals ended up winning both games, so go figure. Maybe they need to make some more "What in the actual ****" type of plays more often. Shouldn't be a stretch for these idiots.

You might want to ask some guys on the Blue Jays about that....
