Apparently I'm the only one who loves defensive tackles who can put pressure on the QB.

Well, Garay wasn't very good and now he's a Jet. Abreyo Franklin was also not very good, now he's a Colt.

As near as I can tell the Chargers don't have a NT at all.

As such, the Chargers select themselves a fat guy: Jonathan Jenkins, NT - GA.

Jessie Williams is probably a safer pick there, but Jenkins is just a mammoth human being and actually has plus athleticism for such a big guy. Get some technique in there and you could have a real difference maker.
