Off Season Lets Talk Guns
Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.
Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon? Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware? Part 2: http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=293623 Last edited by Bearcat; 07-28-2015 at 06:06 PM.. |

I was offered $300 over what I paid for it. Bought a 3" Taurus Millenium for $325 and pocketed the rest.

Here's another option: STI LS9 for $900. This is a killer deal.

Another option from Dawson. I prefer the .40 to .45 or 9mm.

I'll keep the Taurus a little longer and get another Kimber. No doubt about it. The 1911 frames fit my hand perfect.

Have you ever fired an STI? My buddy picked one up recently and it is far and away the best pistol I've ever shot.

I'm definitely curious about them now. I just looked them up on Slickguns and saw they're sold out. .45's were going around $980 and .40's around $950. Might have to keep an eye on them. Thanks.

Well Shit. I am going down to pick up a new Sig and Sauer 556R tomorrow at my local gun shop.
With the recent tragedy in CT and watching all of the political agenda crap on MSNBC I am debating on if I should even bother. |

Two local Dicks Sporting goods stores here told my cousin that they are no longer carrying AR15's or their accessories starting tomorrow. I plan to stop tomorrow to see if I can get any good deals.

Make sure you get plenty of high capacity mags to go with it.
