So, how many games will the Chief's win next year?

I said 11 in 2005 (which we SHOULD have gotten

), and I'm gonna stick with that for this year....though, if the "D" progresses 12 is doable....

Put your "money" where your mouth is....

No im not OK with it..im just being realistic with the moves they have made in the offseason and what the other clubs in the division look like right now. So far they have basically did nothing worth mentining unless you count the letting go of T-Rich. So my guess is the record this year is in the same nieghborhood of last year...im giving them an extra game with my 11-4 prediction due to the schedule.

Reasons we will be lucky to break .500

The offseason we don't spend money
New head coach (would not matter who really)
Old Defenive coordinator kept
Inexperienced Offensive coordinator
Offense weakened by loss of TRich and aging veterans
Play not to lose mentality of Herm Edwards
No significant upgrades on defense
Significant downgrade at #2 CB
Another killer schedule

I predict 7-9 (to be modified after offseason is complete (especially the draft)

Sorry, Vlad. We're not going to get swept by the Broncos and Chargers. We'll lose at Pile High, but we'll send them home with a loss on Thanksgiving.

And we might, MIGHT lose AT San Diego, but no way does Phillip Rivers come in here and win.

Also disagree about Seattle, St. Louis, and Cleveland.

Unless we fix the number 2 CB and draft a decent DLineman I don't think so, if we solve those I will revisit my picks.

Geez man. At least have a little optimism!!!! I looked at the schedule and put together 12-4. Then I remembered it was the Chiefs and changed it to 11-5.

We are always good for one loss to a team we have no business losing too. Cleveland or AZ.
