Halfcan says this guy is an asshole for predicting a Miami win.

Favre didn't have that great of a game. It was mostly Green Bay's defense shutting down Miami for three quarters. But yes, Huard can stretch the field.

You're going overboard. I'm mostly pimping Miami's run defense. If we go right down the field, it will be because of Larry Johnson, although Huard might have one of those games.

I have not seen Huard do that this year without YAC..

Do you have any video proof of him throwing intermediate passes in the air???

He threw a 43-yard bomb on a dime to Parker last week. The week before that he connected on a 51-yarder. Then of course there have been the passes down the seam to Gonzalez, which make those linebackers think twice about stuffing the box easily.

Bombs are not intermediate passes..they are a hope and a prayer...just like the fade in the endzone

seam passes are

It's still stretching the field, one way or the other. Kennison was wide open, too, that was much more than a hope and a prayer, as was the perfect pass to Parker. He wasn't throwing these passes up for grabs.

But yes, the seam passes have been deadly. As have our 15-20 yard routes off play action.

QB Rating 90.9 19/35 206 yards 2 TD's 0 Int's and a Win. Looks like Huard numbers to me. Besides, that is all he had to do since they were running all over the Fins Defense.

Absolutely not. Favre only completed 54 percent of his passes that day. Huard has a 65-percent completion rate this year. Furthermore, his yards per completion was only 10.8, a full yard and a half below Huard's.

Not really. The rushing stats look good, but the Packers broke a 70-yard run in the fourth quarter. They weren't "running all over them" to any extent of the imagination.

GoChiefs, debating football with Halfcan is like, well, I don't have a good analogy, but Halfcan is an idiot. He has no ****ing idea what he's talking about, ever, and well, that about sums it up.

I tend to like your stuff, and even GoChiefs stuff better than Nick's stuff...

Maybe even better than Nuge's stuff, Nuge seems very pessimistic...

I think Zach was describing my column pretty well the other night. He said I have a way of writing that captures a reader and makes them feel like they're just sitting across the table from me, chatting about stuff.

Since he knows me on a personal level, I wonder if that may have influenced his description.
