I would guess the highest level of Mexican football is well below D-3 in the U.S., as every year our D-3 types (minus the few D-3 NFL prospects) beat Mexico's best in the Aztec Bowl....

maybe not - obviously guys not raised in the US rarely play in the NFL, but if he's big and can understand "stop those guys getting to that guy" then you never know.

Practice squad is caput. They can't sign "as many as they want" but the ceiling is no longer 53. I think it's 80 plus NFLE exemptions. Don't hold me to that number. It might be 90.
