What is everyone's favorite kind of potato chip?

One of, if not the only good things, to come from St. Louis is my favorite kind of chips: Old Vienna's Red Hot Riplets

I don't think they are sold outside of St. Louis

Do you put malt vinegar on fish and chips? I use malt vinegar on anything deep fried, especially if it is battered, and these (surprise!) rednecks in Northern California I work with act as if I'm insane for doing it.

One of my fellow employees saw me doing this and, knowing that I am a Bronco fan, asked if that was the way it was done in Colorado. Pringles was actually sued by makers of potato chips, on the argument that their product was a processed foodstuff that did not qualify for 'chip' labelling, and that labelling them as chips was an unfair trade practice.
