For Oldtimers: LJ vs Okoye

I was watching the video posted by Nzoner (link here) of the Chiefs rolling the Bills in 1991 at Arrowhead against the SB bound Bills. Okoye was amazing.

Made me wonder - straight up - would you rather have LJ or Christian Okoye?

You young guys will not remember the Nigerian Nightmare - a 260 pound load of muscle, speed and heart.

I will add my all time fave Donnell Bennett to the poll...

No, and LJ is also the superior athlete. But Okoye was such a powerful ****ing, bruiser back. But in all fairness, the question should be, "Would you take Okoye now or LJ then?" The game has changed.

LJ's crybaby stuff was easy to overlook when he had a great line in front of him, but now he just looks like a has been.

How many times has a cornerback tackled him this year?? Not to mention all the penalties and the fumble in the endzone. That diamond thing is pretty freakin gay too- he needs to revive the raise the roof dance-it would be an upgrade. One TD does not make up for all the blown blocking assignments and all around weak running. We should have dumped him when we had a chance, but nobody is going to touch that bloated contract and attitude EVER!

ALL the racist shit LJ has said before and his complete lack of respect for PH-will always make him the biggest loser on the Chiefs. Move over Bam... here comes LJ in his 450,000 car.

I always thought he had hands of stone. I remember a lot of balls hitting right between the 3 and the 5 and then the ground, but that's what Bennett (or was it Anders?) was there for.

How someone can defend such a crybaby racist like LJ is beyond me. His new contract will kill the chiefs long after he quits- 2 years tops.

You mean like skipping camp, running like a pussy every game, showboating and fumbling in the endzone, missing blocks, snubbing the media, making rap songs about his boss that is paying his Ho bill, being a total dick to his team mates and disrespecting PH- the greatest Chief RB of all time??? Not to mention several poor sportman penalties and leaving a game early to change his diapers.

And that is just the first half of THIS year!!!

Yep all sour grapes.
