Chiefs go 2-2 the rest of the way do they make the playoffs?
Chargers run the the table and go 10-6. We go 10-6 and beat Oakland I think we take the division. If we lose to Oakland and we go 10-6 then San Diego takes the division if they go 10-6. Right? I think 10-6 is what is likely going to be the 2010 Chiefs record and beating Oakland @ home is going to decide our season.

Is there any way to have a option to give "thread starting rep" to the OP in situations like this and after so many negative ones, a persons thread starting privileges are taken away for a few months, at least?

Possibly after the second time the right is taken away the time span they lose it for would double, then after the third time it is taken away permanently.

Sure would help raise the quality of OPs around this place, at least recently.

Just a thought.

I agree about the opportunity - but with Croyle at Qb, there is no way. Dude's never won an NFL game. No way he wins this one.

Back to the question - Yes, the Chiefs can make the playoffs by going 2-2 down the stretch, but IF they lose to the Bolts and Raiders, I don't think they will because they will lose just about every tie breaker.

Agreed. I don't care about the "fraud" thing. It would be HUGE for this team to make the playoffs, no matter how they got there. I want the last game to be completely meaningless, hype be damned.

Well, the odds are that it will mean something IMO...

If the 'odds' are that we lose on Sunday @ SD, then you have to assume Jan 02 is going to mean something....

But there were other seasons other than 99....I cant think of the seasons but the year we beat the raiders the last game of the season ,then one more time in the 1st week of the playoffs.....

I want it to mean something. I mean look at it this way....If it doesn't mean something, we could also be ****ed....So if it means something...like "win and we're in" then I will be an extremely happy camper.

Sure, I would love to sit here and dream that we will win on SUnday in SD and that game won't matter....but that isn't likely..
