DTV Sunday Ticket - Guide Issues
Just had a frustrating convo with a customer service rep and then a "supervisor." My question was, "when will DTV list Sunday's games so I can set my DVR?" I was told not until Sunday and maybe not until the games actually begin. This is stupid and poor management on their part. I will be driving on Sunday. I go to church every Sunday and like to set my DVR ... just in case it's worth watching the start of the game when I get home.

I do not understand why they can't already have the guide up??? It's not that we are going to steal something from them.

If any of you would like to set your DVR ahead of time, you might want to call customer service 800.531.5000 and complain. The supervisor said I was the first to complain. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who has this issue. It might get their attention if several of us call and complain.

Sorry, for my rant ... it's just so frustrating dealing with this company!!!

We'll be flying out for the game so I won't be there the night before to record it as well. But like others have mentioned I have the DirecTV app on my iPhone so it's all good in the hood.

My suggestion would be to develop your own personal relationship with God. Then you can talk to him on your own time, and not with 300 other people on a Sunday.

I have never had an issue with them. They fix whatever the issue is and I end up getting stuff for free without asking. Got NFL Superfan for free a few years ago because the redzone channel went out for an hour. I didn't even know it happened. Just got a letter in the mail. Had an issue with a live PPV. They turned it on before fixing the bill issue so I could pause it and not miss any of it. Have watched the local cable company take an hour on 3 seperate occasions screw my friend over in the same situation(except it was an issue on their end not a billing issue). Especially compared to the cable companies here in NJ, DirecTV craps in their ears.
