I honestly can't imagine a scenario where the Chiefs don't pick him.

I know you've trolled around alot, and I haven't cared to ask, but what are the Jags looking for at 2? Would they take Joeckel?

I really know nothing about the Jags and what they need. IIRC, seems I heard they need a pass rusher?
Jarvis Jones or Moore? |

IMO, both can play Bradley's under philosophy. It isn't going to be Star IMO, I could see them snagging Barkley or Wilson, and I wouldn't rule out Floyd/Richardson. Their D has 1 player typically playing 2-gap (occasionally the NT as well but given the way the league passes out of base fronts and out of 3 wide sets , he's primarily playing a shaded 1 tech). Jags are getting a QB or someone who can rush the passer, whether it be from the 3, 7, or 9 tech as an 4-3 OLB/DE hybrid (Jones).

I've called him to the Raiders at 3 for months. It's just karma.

I'd have to wait for the combine. Right now I'd say it's a tossup between Star, and a combination of guys to play OLB/LEO in our new defense. So I guess Star/Mingo/Jordan/Moore. A lot of people are mocking Werner to us but I don't think they realize we will be playing a 3-4/4-3 hybrid. Jarvis Jones, medical clearance or not, is going to be too much of a health risk for a first year GM to gamble on IMO.
We have Eugene Monroe at LT.

I'm not big on Werner or Moore.
I like Jordan alot though. Mingo is ok, but didn't have much production. |

I personally like Jordan more but a lot of Jaguars fans like Mingo. Ideally we would trade down and take whomever we wanted but I can't see that happening.

With Fisher coming on strong, seems that wouldn't be likely though. |

I could have seen someone like Arizona trading up for Joeckel if it wasn't for Fisher. But who knows, Joeckel could just go to town on his combine stats.

Eagles.
Does anyone else realize that Geno was one of Chip Kelly's most highly recruited players ever? He recruited Smith incredibly hard and I can't imagine anything he saw at WV would've changed his mind. If the Faid don't grab him, the Eagles will and they'll trade Foles to us for a 3rd. And I will have many sads. Unless we took Clowney first ![]()
