All NFL coaches must declare to the draft commitee. They must list their strengths and weakness's. Have interviews and agility tests. A coach can declare free agent after four years in their respective position. If a team lures a coach from another, they will be compensated properly. A salary cap is instituted to all franchises as to what they can spend on whom.

After ten years in the league as a head coach, you are a free free agent and can sign where ever you want for how much you want

imagine the chiefs tanking this year in order to secure the rights to tomlin

Why the hell would I take Tomlin if Reid is available?

What's this shit about Tomlin being a good coach? Reid de-pantsed the guy, Smith just wouldn't throw it.

Say what you want about whether or not Andy's a good GM (he may very well be a poor one), but he puts his players in great positions to succeed. I'd take Reid over Tomlin every time.

I have several friends that are Steelers fans and they ****ing hate the guy.

Bradshaw correctly called him out, too.
