I think Ryan could be a good hire. He’s in your face, would challenge Reid, and has prior experience as a head coach, which usually makes for a very good coordinator.

I know this sounds crazy but the Chiefs should reach out to Ray Lewis and see if he’s interested. He’s obviously played the game at the highest level, he’s smart and when it comes to motivating players, no one is better.

I'd rather have Marvin Lewis. Early in his career, he interned with the Chiefs.

No offense but the rules were different back then, his hairline was 5 inches further south and the best offense his defense faced were average by today's standards.

I hope not.

My preference is a younger person who can be creative and more up to speed on today's nfl offenses. With all of the college offense entering the nfl I'm not against seeing them bring up a college DC.
