That Cerner employees didn't steal and were following the rules? You don't think corporations give purchased sports tickets away to their employees once in a while? What planet are you from? |

He didn't read his own links. He just googled "Kansas football free tickets", found the link, and posted without reading it first. Embarrassing? Yeah.

At long last, we have reached the nadir of this thread - comparing the demand for KU football tickets to the demand for Super Bowl tickets.

Here the KU Football program gave the veterans and active military1000 free tickets I asked you about it earlier but you ignored it..all that was asked is when KY gave out free tickets..nothing was said about not signing up for free raffles..keep dancing around though it is funny to watch the rules change on what is free http://m.cjonline.com/sports/footbal...rans#gsc.tab=0 |

And yet we keep hearing from your pile hole how great ku football and the big 12 is as you deflect to Mizzou bball and you still haven't caught the irony of the BS you shovel out of your mouth...but go ahead, continue to spit out your white noise and jerk off your twin. No-one, including other ku fans take you seriously anyways.

▪ Operating revenue: $97.681 million ▪ Operating expenses: $90.057 million ▪ Operating profit: $7.625 million KU athletics reports record revenue, nearing $100 million, and expenses in 2014 Missouri’s athletic revenue hits $83 million in 2014, but debt, expenses rise as well Unlike most athletic departments, KU made more money after expenses from men’s basketball ($9.774 million) than it did from football ($8.333 million) in fiscal year 2014. After expenses, K-State made $27.866 million from football and $5.502 million from men’s hoops while Missouri made $14.229 million from football and $6.309 million from men’s basketball. K-State ▪ Operating revenue: $72.935 million ▪ Operating expenses: $62.577 million ▪ Operating profit: $10.358 million K-State’s athletic department set all-time highs for athletic revenue, expenses, football revenue ($44.117 million), ticket sales ($15.655 million) and concession sales ($2.913 million). It did so while funding scholarships in women’s sports at a higher level than previous years and after going without state and institutional support, which was $778,484 in 2013. Missouri ▪ Operating revenue: $83.719 million ▪ Operating expenses: $80.230 million ▪ Operating profit: $3.489 million Mizzou’s annual operating revenue grew nearly 10 percent and reported a positive balance sheet that allowed the athletic department to transfer $2,179,583 of its $3.5 million operating profit to the university for “initiatives outside of athletics.” ▪ Source: NCAA Membership Financial Reporting System documents for fiscal year 2014 (July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014). ▪ Note: Kansas and K-State documents released by their athletic departments this month. Mizzou’s document was obtained by The Star last month through an open records request |

Mizzou just won the national duals and will be ranked #1 in the country.
I actually saw Cox lose as a HS freshman because one of my friends was an asst. coach for the other team. Not knowing my ass from a hole in the ground WRT wrestling, I was completely unaware he'd end up being the best high school athlete I've ever seen live. |

Mizzou will have a tough time winning the real championship, but I'm rooting for them. Gophers and Hawks have the worst fan bases by far and Ohio State is just fun to root against.

Can't we all just get along?
When I arrived in Columbia in August of 1979, I had no idea what the MU/KU rivalry was all about. Growing up, I had known of Army/Navy, USC/UCLA and Nebraska/Oklahoma, but the Missouri/Kansas battle was not on my radar. I learned quickly that the dislike between the two schools ran heavy and deep. During football games, you could feel the tension in the air and at the Hearnes Center for basketball, it was even more intense because of the noise and the close confines of the arena. When I started dating Linda, I did not know that she had attended KU, not that it really would have mattered. We watched this year's game with her sister who was visiting from Kansas City, Kan. Both are Jayhawk fans and wore it just as proudly as I wore my Mizzou sweatshirt. Phil Hartung, '83 |
