Exactly. Not every player is going be a starter, but they can still be a contributer to this team.

to compare Baldwin benched 225lbs 20 times and he's 6'4'' 230 lbs. And is weaker than McCluster. That is ****ing sad for Baldwin!

I don't think McCluster has terrific speed, but did show some explosion last year. He ran off-tackle one game and I specifically remember thinking to myself: "Now where in the hell did that come from?" That said, I don't care what happens to him one way or another. I think he is over-criticized here by virtue of the fact that he was pushed completely out of his role last year by injuries. He's a role-player, and that's what he is.

There are players that play faster than they time, and vice versa.

Jerry Rice was a hell of a lot faster than his 40 time would indicate.
