Oh, if we're talking off field intelligence, that's a different story. Roethlisberger has done plenty of dumb things. But I think Hamas was talking about being smart on the field, making good throws, etc.

With Bray I'd be concerned about several things:

1) His anxiety hang-ups
2) Panicking under pressure
3) Reading a defense and going through progressions
4) Learning and offense and having command of it
5) Making the right decision with the ball.

I'm not worried about him b/c I don't expect anything from him. Far too many people are imbuing him with skills he doesn't and won't possess b/c they are so desperate for a QB.

Hamas, I read your list and I almost have to laugh but you are correct. Yes I think he has been emotionally and mentally arrested at the PeeWee level of QBing. He has never had to work through these stages and has remained 'stunted' ever since.

it is sometimes amazing, what the difference between college coaching, and nfl coaching can do for you. From the moment tyler bray stepped off of the High school gridiron, to the College campus of Tennessee, he was told how great he was, and how great he was going to be. Despite having his two receivers taken in the first 34 picks in the draft, he went undrafted. If used properly, and he receives the professional coaching he is going to get from Alex Smith, Andy, and Pederson, he could be an absolute steal. This is all reward, and no risk. Perfect scenario.

Dude he has never had to work through any of this EVER because he has a rocket arm and can throw it the length of a field but it finally has caught up to him. Can you imagine what his white board play discussions in his interviews were like at the combine ??? Well I think we found out 254 players later.
