Curious to see if we have any other athletes out here.

I don't have a stopwatch. Maybe I should see if one of my friends does and get some jackass to time me.

What's your 40 time?

When I played football, East wasn't a powerhouse, whatsoever.

Shawnee Mission Northwest was THE powerhouse from the day that Coach Sev took over and unfortunately, it ended shortly after he left for Rockhurst.

The amount of guys that went on to play at the college level during his tenure certainly qualifies as "powerhouse".

Id also bet maybe half of you were actually timed at 4.55 or so in school, too...but if you want to be naive and not realize what was going on then whatever...dontay moch ran a 4.19 when his coaches or people were timing!!!! Come on...be real with yourselves for crying out loud. Realize how fast a 4.5 really is.

Dane...if you want to pretend your coaches weren't "helping" the players then by all means...I could run a 38 in 4.5, too...just like my all decade roommate RB (who had 4.8 speed)...to this day he too thinks he was 4.5...but we all make fun of him about it...my faster friend with a kiniesology degree ran a timed 4.6 and he was always faster than the alstott clone...and he even razzes him about the 4.5...people don't realize 4.5 is world freaking class speed.

East was an example...I lived in the east and west district until I was 13 and never went to a school with a single black person...rising star, brookwood and middleridge or whatever that middle school was...

Again, you're ****ing full of shit, as usual.

I stated VERY clearly that TWO guys in my senior class ran a 4.5.

One was a very small dude that quit midway during our senior year and the other went to start at Coffeyville for two years as a cornerback and safety, then went on to a four year college to play out his eligibility.

what i am saying is that they COULD have not timed you right. timing by hand isnt the most accurate way

and what does a coach winning titles have to do with it?

how many of those prospects would have had scouts looking at them if they had ran a 4.8-5.0?
