It isn't completely out of the question that Cassel surpasses some of what Green did in KC (21k yards, 118 TD 85 int, 27 TD in one season (tied already), 87.6 passer rate)

I think your GOD comparison is a bit off...

come on, Trent averages like 250 yards per game in his 5 good years with the Chiefs

Cassel is like 190 yards per, if that and Cassel has more weapons to PASS to (according to this place, two #1 WRs and a first round valued TE) than Trent has ever had. Trent had to be more of a QB passing to lesser talent than Cassel ever has to. And Cassel cant even do that well

It was 235 over all....MC is at 200 so far including the horrible 09 and 11 years...YPG really isn't an issue (in terms of my point in the other post....I would LOVE it if he could improve on the YPG and YPA stats), and I didnt mention it in my post though. What I said could be true even if Cassel doesn't break or even come close to the YPG number....

14000 more yards, that's roughly 4 seasons of decent ball (even 200 ypg), this season being one of those 4. (about 4.25 seasons @ 200 ypg?)

Not saying it will happen, but it isn't 'out of the question' and certainly 21k yards is not un reachable. Hell, Cassel will more than likely be more than half way there (thereabout) after this season.

That makes some sense, if they actually have Dorsey working with him on technique.

If he is, though, it should have been noted.

For a guy as raw on technique as Poe, watching simply doesn't have a whole lot of value.

But even if that is the reason, there's no reason he caan't get the same from working at NT.

thats what i'm saying. Trent never had a dude with the potential and hype that is Jon Baldwin. Or two gadget midgets. He also never had a defense either. Cassel has a good defense, he just puts them in awful position, every game. lol

Those offenses were awesome. But yeah the one weakness we had was our WR corps. Ours this year and last is way better. Kennison was very good and underrated IMO, but he wouldn't start over Bowe or Baldwin. If Trent had Bowe, Baldwin & Breaston....
