JFC you are a dumbshit.

I didn't say Clark is helping LA because its a bigger market, I said he's on an NFL Committee with the specific goal of maximizing the NFL's investment in Los Angeles.

That is the NFL's "LA Opportunities" Committee, the committee that Clark Hunt is a part of.

I'm no fan of Peters but if I'd known the return would be this bad, I'd have paid him to stay away from the team instead of accepting this offer.

Veach went from hero to zero in 2 weeks.

His role on the NFL's "Los Angeles Opportunities" Sub-Committee means that he is looking to maximize value for an NFL franchise in LA. Adding one of the best shutdown CB's in the NFL is part of that process.

Is Clark more invested in Los Angeles than with the Chiefs?

True Fans will hate the mere thought of that question, but it must be asked.

Oh sorry....missed the bigger market. But he apparently colluded with 30 other owners to make sure that no one else made an offer for Peters. Sure thing.

**** Peters. He plays his game. I would rather have two CBs that press at the line. Never seen Peters do that. He likes to strip the ball and he's a hawk, but he's a ****ing headcase whiny bitch.

The Chiefs don't have to field offers from other teams if they are dead set on trading Marcus Peters to the Rams, as Clark apparently was.

Clark Hunt, of the NFL's "LA Opportunities" Committee trades one of the most talented players on his team to a Los Angeles franchise for questionable compensation.

At least he didn't trade Peters to LA's other franchise, the Chargers... True Fans rejoice.

On the one hand you have a powder keg who blew up in the worst way possible. That doesn't excuse those who knew we had a powder keg and chose to light a match.
Again, you cant make a statement without pushing blame where there is ZERO evidence of blame.

I am 100% certain Reid and company bent over backwards to try to get Peters lined out, as did Justin Houston, as did Eric Berry. There is a pattern here involving 1, count them 1 person.

And we only know what we actually got to see and hear about. you know damn well there is a ton of stuff that never got out.

Everyone is not to blame, Peters is to blame.

It's pointless...they will just repeat the narrative that was sold to them.

They were told only one team was interested in a 25 year old all-pro...so it's the truth.

This deal has been sketchy from the get go...

One thing Chunt would never do..is maximize an investment. Just ask the tax payers of New Mexico...or Missouri for that matter.

Not really. This IS the place for doing exactly that...I do get your position though.

IMO, this trade is a joke and is a perfect example of what usually happens when you trade from a position of weakness.
