Do you read Blogs? - Page 3

Blogs have been really taking off. It seems as though they really pushed through during this last election. It is interesting because there is so much information from people that are experts in their fields or have varied intrests or are just interesting people.

There is also a push for the idea the blogs will be the future of local journalism. A set of blogs linked together with a loose affiliation with a newspaper...

What do you folks think of all of this?

I have a blog in my favorites its called "91 Ghosts" its letter written by the soldiers in the war, Its kinda like a journal they keep, its really interesting.

we should make a "Chiefs Blog" where we can write and publish essays about the Chiefs.

I actually think this would be pretty cool...we could collect all the articles we get from different places and have a set of folks willing to write commentery.

This place is great but having all of the actual news in one place for chiefs fans would be good. I think it would also lure people to CP.

I had a forum dedicated to this concept for over a year. Had 3 or 4 contributions. I'm not doing that again until we have somebody who will own it as an editor.

That makes sense...I was kind of suprised it didnt take off as much...I would envision this more so as a collection of articles on the chiefs from different sources as well as commentery and not just one or the other.

I'll contribute, but I dont want to take responsibility for the whole thing. At least not yet. Maybe later on.

I could make the site...that would not be a problem...the system for contributing would be easy...alsmot like posting on the planet.
