I'm all for this for one reason:

If he thinks he's going to have to start paying up then maybe his mouth will quit writing checks his ass is unwilling to cash.

It's obvious the guy's parents never taught him a single life lesson. That's sad. I really do feel sorry for the guy. However, enabling his moronic behavior isn't helping him or us any. As sad as it may be we are the closest thing he has to a group of friends and as his "friends" we shouldn't let him get away with being a d**khead.

Ban his ass for the month and hope he learns to quit making those dumbass statements.

He doesn't bother me. I've voted to ban him permanently in the past, but I'm over that. He makes some positive contributions to the board. I occasionally even enjoy some of his posts. I'm almost certainly in the minority here, but I'd like to see the guy succeed in life. Part of that will be figuring out that you have to do what you say you're going to do.
