Crazy Weather Day

I just got back from taking a walk in the park with the wifey. It's a beautiful day - currently in the low 70's with a slight breeze, supposed to top out at around 79. But then I get on and look at the weather forecast for tonight:

I'm used to the weather changing, but man - that's a quick switch! How often do you have days that you could just about turn the A/C on and the heat on in the same day? That's a 45 degree spread between today's high and today's low.
