There is also the off chance that Croyle can string together 4 healthy quarters and actually plays well enough to help us win (before getting injured again and getting cut at the end of the season).

In his Q&A with Mitch Holthus, Herm said they (the coaches) need to put the players in position to make plays. He said they (the coaches) have done that. It's up to the players to make the plays.

Threw the whole team under the bus with that one remark.

Its a failure as a whole. The O-line and QB are the most important parts of an offense. We have jack squat in that department.

A cover 2 is great when you have superior athletes in the middle of your defense. Guess what? Thats not there either.

Our GM has left the cupboard bare, and the coaching staff has yet to actually prepare this team for anything. No scores in opening drives for how many games? We've started at least 0-2 every year Herm has been here.
