McIntosh does have a few starts at guard. I would think that he wouldn't be quick enough play guard, but he does have some experience at it.

He has no drive, he would get overpowered. He wouldn't open a hole all season. I wouldn't be worried about his quickness in passblocking, but he would get bullrushed straight into the qb constantly.

It has more to do with the fact that he's a terrible run blocker.

His lack of speed is another issue altogether.

McIntosh at guard = EPIC FAIL.

San Diego and Miami already tried to have him play guard and he failed. Besides we have Goff and Waters at guard no need to move McSuck there. I wish people would use their ****ing brains on that.
