This would be a home run off season

http://www.arrowheadpride.com/2015/1...-chiefs-afford

If the Chiefs sign these 3 guys it would be a grand slam.

If the Chiefs take a defensive player rd 1, gotta think it's a corner. Strong position round 1 and Sean Smith is in his contract year next season.

That is the mantra of Reid and Dorsey. We won't know about Derrick Johnson or Mike Devito's recovery from achilles before the start of the season, either way they are both expensive and old. We also don't know what is up with Catapano. The depth at ILB has been pretty meh at best.
I don't see us drafting a RT or G in the first. Now in the 2cd I can definitely see WR or OL.

If anything, I'd bet they take another pass rusher

Dorsey has generally picked his DBs late or in FA.

Kevin Vickerson
Jaye Howard
Allen Bailey
Vance Walker
Mike Catapano
Mike DeVito
Nick Williams
Jerel Worthy

Only one of those guys (Vickerson) is a FA and probably will come cheap. We don't need another defensive lineman unless it's a NT to help give Poe a breather.

ILB...maybe. But I'd rather grab a WR in the 1st.

I just don't get this. It would scream that Dorsey doesn't have confidence in the 1st rd pick we took last season. Would look really bad if he did that 1st rd.

I just can't see a LB. I think OT is the most likely pick followed by receiver.

I think they like having 3 really high profile rushbacker as much as they like or are able to have all 3 on the field at ince.

One of the guys who can play some ilb as well as rush, go for it.

This is also based on the assumption that Tamba is gone.

Yeah take Devito and Catapano off that list, we don't know if these guys will ever suit up again, then Worthy was just signed so that is a flier at best, and Nick Williams....who kind of a guy
So all we really have is Bailey, Howard and one Vance Walker that has been looked at as a possible cut.

This is the draft you just keep loading up on talent. Don't care about the position, just stock it with talent.

Good football players that fall for stupid reasons etc.

If a guy like Dupree or Beasley is there and can be a 12 sack guy or something, I wouldn't be pissed.

Couple of questions.
We took a CB in the first last year?
How can you not see the need for ILB? Surely you didn't think our Run D was good.
Why would they take a RT in the first?

I would bring back Vickerson, give DeVito a shot with a restructures contract and bring in a DE in the mid rounds.
