This! When I ran track a guy that could broad jump 14-15 feet was a stud. The athletes today are so well trained.

We didn't have supplements-the only "nutrition knowledge" was don't eat fast food or drink beer a few days before a track meet.

Your point about timing is spot on-not only does a player have to be fine tuned physically-they have to have the mental aspect of making those moves before really even thinking them.

Broad jump needs to be an Olympic event.

I jumped a few broads in my day.

If Russel is able to beat out Gaines as the CB2, I'll be beyond excited.

Probably the best CB group this team has had.

Seems like this new group is very physical off the line. It will be nice not giving the other team a 5-10 yard gap like we have in the past.

The quick slants killed us last year-especially against Brady in the Playoffs.

Cool video but kinda lost any credibility when whoever "they" are that conduct this highly scientific testing revealed their ranking system at the conclusion of the video. Nice metrics if your in 3rd grade.

I have high hopes for this guy. Brandon Flowers high hopes.
