I am enjoying the show so far, but I know that season two will be a disappointment based on previous history. It would be nice if I got some residuals for using my namesake in the show.

Beth was a great character for a season. Pretty good character for another season or maybe even 2 after that.

But man, I can only see her be the same ol' bitchy crank for so long before I lose interest.

Sheridan just doesn't do character development at all.

Really weird, I lived in Tulsa for 5 years, there is a show based there.


I flew to/over/around west Texas for a decade, guess where this show is based?


The oil money is real. The airports I flew to had freshly paved runways and really nice FBOs. As soon as you pulled out of the lot the towns were full-blown shitholes.

The area is nothing but brush and oil pumps. Desolate, god-forsaken country.

Got through five episodes. Yeah, the ex is starting to grate. And God Tommy and Cooper are both masters of plowing headfirst into shit they should absolutely avoid, but I guess sane people doing sane things doesn't make for good TV.
