Here we go, all things draft for the next at least 3 days.

I think it's about time I started one of these things, hopefully I'll bring some good luck to the draft so we don't **** this up.

How hard is it for you to understand that when a team has a player on their draftboard and the likelihood of him NOT making it to your next pick too hard for you to understand.

This doesn't have anything to do with who the Eagles have on their team...it has everything to do with the fact the Chiefs and Eagles both coveted the guy and the Chiefs knew he wouldn't be there for their next pick.

Teams do this shit all the time. The Chiefs are not alone in this.

I wish the Chiefs would have gotten an OLB or an ILB. But, linebacker is the thinnest position in the draft, so they weren't getting value at the position.

As it is, the defensive line is set. The secondary is set. The ILB's will be better because DJ will actually see the field.

I would really like to see a player at OLB or ILB, but we will see.

Yes, it was bad. Some of that is scheme though. All I'm saying is Crennel made his mark as a D coach and KC's young players up front should improve. If they don't taking NT/ILB in the 2nd wouldn't matter this year anyway.

KC desperately needs more ILB/OLB physicality against the run though. Maybe they can find a two down ILB in the 4th or 5th. I'd like to see a TE in the 4th.

we needed playmakers, and that's what he is, if he was the top player on the board when they picked than I don't have a problem with it...

Thinking D. Hester type of return ability that will flip the field and change games.

See, here is the the thing about having a good returner.... if you get 20 extra yards on a return, then when you punt, you can pin them back 20 yards further. Especially given that we have Colquit. He doesn't have a cannon for a leg, but he definitely has the touch.

I disagree.

If a guy could give you a good return game and decent production out of the slot, plus, add a little to your running game, I think this pick is a win.

He makes the chiefs better in a lot of ways.
