It was one of the few films last year that attempted to talk about the economic state of things, and there's something to be said for that. |

Yes I would. The marketing of a film is in nearly all cases inappropriate. People, on the whole, don't want to go see good art.

Public Enemies finally found it's way to the top of my list. It was better than I had expected (probably because so many people lowered expectations). I preferred the Assassination of Jessie James.
Planet 51 was one of the worst animated movies I've seen in a long time. I gave it one star on Netflixs, which is only the 2nd or 3rd time I've done that. |

Both involved bank robberies and an ultimate betrayal from within the inner circle.

I went to see Crazy Heart last night. BORING!. Old country singer goes to bar and gets drunk and sings, then goes to motel room and gets more drunk, meets girl, gets drunk some more, throws up, bla, bla, bla.
The End.

Watched Everbody's Fine. Kind of boring overall, but it's one that definitely makes you think about the importance of family and acceptance.

I watched Up in the Air, and I loved it. My picks out of the Oscar nominees at this point are IB first and UitA second.
