I'm sorry man.

Drought is soul crushing. I've had crops destroyed in virtually every way imaginable, and drought is by far the worst.

Partially I think it is because it hangs around, by definition, but partly is even if next year is normal, the prior year drought fist****ed the production. Out here anyway. I'm not sure where you are.

It's a thing we deal with a lot. The best way I've seen to retrain your brain is to take a snorkel into shallow water, no mask, and to just put your face in the water (still standing) and train your brain to not use your nose. It doesn't always work, but it works more often than not.

What sucks is that, over time, people who once struggled with it, clear their masks a lot due to normal tiny leaks.
