I've been wondering why we Mizzou fans don't have one of these.

They are both doing well and getting a lot of love. I really don't see how you think Ratliffe is getting too much.

Pflip's a stud, but Ratliffe is our MVP this year. If we lost him, our team would struggle to be top 25.

Ratliffe is getting a ton of easy looks, no doubt, but he still is finishing at an unbelievable rate. I saw a cool stat the other day... Ratliffe has finished 100 percent of attempts taken this season off of the pick and roll. That's incredible.

He also has done a nice job of working for position on the block and using positioning/his body/quick release to convert. If he'd just develop more confidence in his counter moves to his jump hook, he'd be damn tough defend on the block. He's quick enough/good enough with the ball...

Ratliffe has been an absolute revelation. Watching him and Flip work the pick and roll conjures up memories of Stockton and Malone. It is beautiful basketball.

What this staff has done to Ratliffe is absolutely incredible. Not even the biggest Mizzou homer could have envisioned him playing like this.

I don't think you're going to see much of that out of Cardo. Even if he's got that in his game, we can't afford to risk him getting into foul trouble by fighting for position inside.

I would really like to see Pflip improve his outside shot. Teams don't respect it and are starting to play off him and let him shoot. If he can knock down 35-40% next season, he will be a 20 and 10 guy.

I was talking about a counter move to his drop-step jump hook over the left shoulder.

A reverse pivot, which is one of the safest, least-likely-to-create-a-foul moves in basketball.

I'LL TAKE IT!

Was not expecting them to rank us higher than Syracuse. Nice surprise.

Mizzou received two 1st place votes in the AP poll. This is our highest ranking since the 2001-2002 season.

I'm not giving us much of a chance of winning in Columbia. MU shooting is way too good in Paige.

Actually, what would be awesome is if Kentucky stumbled this week.

Been too long since Missouri/Kansas played a 1 vs 2 matchup. Maybe we can get Johnny MacIntyre and his sweet 'stache to show up again, because I'm pretty sure he was the 2 guard for Mizzou the last time that happened.

Man, I hope he still has that sweet 'stache...

I'm definitely not going to claim a victory - but, if KU can get the ball down low and get their bigs into foul trouble, I like our chances.

I suppose the same could be said from the MU side as well.

at the stache.

It would be fun....but I think you'd have to see UK, Syracuse, & OSU fall this week as well.
