Life Quitting Smoking - Page 37

Both the wife and I need to quit, and since we've tried to quit at the same time before, and THAT REALLY SUCKED, I took the plunge first.

Haven't had a cigarette since last night. I've quit several times in the past, sometimes for up to three months - quitting ain't the problem - it's staying quit that kicks my ass.

Any advice on non-smoking methods/products or encouragement would be appreciated.

I quit back in 1996.

4360 days of NOT smoking.

Times about 15 cigarettes a day = 65700 cigs NOT smoked.

= 3265 packages of cigs NOT bought.

= nearly 10,000 dollars saved.

my lungs approve of this message.

I feel pity for you. Seriously, it must suck to be soooo hooked on something like that.

Luckily for me, I have never smoked cigarettes...just weed.

I'm really proud of myself. Although I smoke, I don't steal. Why is it you can't quit stealing from others? Go get a better job than Burger King and buy the things you want.

Thats funny cause I seem to remember my salary is about 70,000...you can make 70K working at BK??? That is news to me.
